Add to Food Processor:
Water [1000g],
Duck breast [280g].
Blend.
Transfer to Pot.
Add to Pot:
Salt [5g],
Black Pepper [5g],
Carrot [70g],
Onion [120g],
Tomato [120g].
Boil for 120s.
Pour the Liquid [300g] into a Deep Plate. Serve hot.

Garnish with Parsley Leaves, fresh [6g].
