Transfer onto a Plate:

Tomato Hot Sauce[]
Cut:
Garlic [20g] into Halves [5g],
Tomato [120g] into Pieces [15g].
Add to a Pan:
Olive Oil [50g],
Salt [5g],
Sweet Bell Pepper, powder [5g],
Fenugreek Leaves, dried [5g],
Tomato.
Fry for 15s.
Add to the Pan:
Garlic.
Fry for 10s.
Add to the Pan:
Serrano Pepper [18g].
Fry for 20s.
Transfer everything into a Deep Plate. Serve hot.
